Pozo California , a very small town and the gate way to Los Padres Forest wilderness . I love this area of our county . It is located about 20 miles east of Santa Margarita Ca. The wilderness offers many beautiful and strenuous hikes.
Warm weather always calls for a cold beer at the Pozo Saloon . The people are always friendly and interesting .
The landscape is always changing in this area , but now is probably the most beautiful time of the year . I hope you enjot the short slide show I have prepared from yesterday's hike !
