Finally a dry sunny hike on CerroAlto
The first seven photos are made after climbing the Scout Trail
The first mile was as usual steep and damp from recent rains and bright and  sunny upon reaching the ridge .
loved it
however on the west ridge , lots of standing water and mud .
My dog Sierra loved it , she drank from all the pools . On the drainage on the west edge , lots of water  three to for  feet  ft . deep .Sierra , my daily hiking partner loves to soak in the deep water .
This is a worth while muddy trip if you love all the changes of nature .

The last five photos are on 1-12-16
Below a couple of friends , running the Ladies loop and Sierra
excited to see  them .

Sierra enjoying the views

I met this couple near the summit , they were enjoying then climb with four dogs
