A couple of weeks ago I met a young man , an avid hiker, who collects mushrooms and quartz on Cerro Alto. Jeremy is his name . He told me that after the rains and bike activity quartz crystal are easy to find . The mushrooms are Chantal and are orange in color with ruffled edges.
